Return & Refund Policy

At Kind Threads, each product is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

 

  1. All Sales Are Final
    All orders are final once placed. Please review your order details carefully, including size, color, spelling for custom text, and design selections before submitting your purchase.
     

  2. Defective or Incorrect Items
    If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can assess and resolve the problem.
     

  3. Resolution Options
    If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following remedies:

 

  • ​A replacement of the same item, shipped at no additional cost
     

  • A store credit for the value of the defective item
     

  • A refund to your original payment method (when applicable)

 

  1. Shipping Costs
    We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
     

  2. Lost or Delayed Packages
    We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier once they are marked as shipped.
