Why choose sublimation over other printing methods?
Unlike vinyl or screen printing, sublimation becomes part of the material instead of sitting on top. That means your design feels soft, stretches with the fabric, and lasts wash after wash.
Will ironing or heat damage sublimation prints?
Direct, high heat (like pressing with a hot iron) can sometimes dull the colors. We recommend washing inside out and air drying or using low heat.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Share your vision, and we’ll create a few design options for you to review before your shirt or tote is made.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the U.S. Orders over $50 ship free! If you’re local to Sun Prairie, WI, you also get free shipping.
How long will my order take?
Since many items are made-to-order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, we care about sustainability! Our apparel is made to last, reducing waste, and we offer eco-friendly totes as a reusable alternative to plastic bags.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
